FS Exclusive Return & Refund Policy

Our policy aims to provide clear and transparent guidelines for all customers, tailored for our Malaysia and UK websites to avoid confusion. Please review the respective sections carefully.

UK WEBSITE

Refunds and Returns

• UK customers have 14 days from receiving their items to request a return or exchange. Please email admin@fsexclusive.com to start the process.
• Items must be returned in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags intact to qualify for a refund.

Exchange

• To exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and for any additional shipping fees for the exchanged item.
• Wait for confirmation before returning the item. If the item desired for exchange is unavailable, you may place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet been prepared or shipped. Email admin@fsexclusive.com to request a cancellation. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and may choose any courier service. We recommend using a tracked service to protect against loss.
• We are not liable for incorrect addresses or parcels that are unclaimed by the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you have not received your refund after the processing period, contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, email us at admin@fsexclusive.com with your order details.

Refunds

• Customers must email us at admin@fsexclusive.com within 5 days of receiving their order to initiate a return.
• We offer refunds or exchanges on non-sale items only, provided the item is returned in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with the swing tag intact and in the original clear packaging.
• Please wait for an email with return instructions (note: we do not provide return labels). Returns outside of the 5-day window will not be accepted.
• Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may be ineligible for refund processing.
• Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and include original packaging and swing tags/labels. We cannot process a refund if items are returned with damage, missing packaging/labels, stains, odors, or signs of wear.
• Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days. Only the product price is refundable, not any shipping fees.
• Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. PayPal refunds typically process within 3 business days, while card payment refunds may take up to 7-10 working days.

Defective Items

• Defective items (e.g., torn fabric or significant stains) can be refunded if verified by the FS Exclusive team. Minor imperfections or subjective opinions on quality (e.g., slight color variations, minor stitching issues) do not qualify as defects.

Exchange

• To exchange an item, please email us within 5 days of receiving it. Exchanges are allowed only for items of the same or higher value, subject to stock availability, and the customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping fees.
• Wait for confirmation before returning items. Exchanges will not be processed without prior approval.
• Alternatively, you may place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund (item price only, shipping fees non-refundable).
